By accessing or using the Mindful Hue website, podcast, membership community, or any associated content and services ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Platform.
These terms apply to all visitors, subscribers, members, and anyone who accesses or uses our Platform in any way. By continuing to use the Platform you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
Please read these terms carefully before using any part of the Mindful Hue Platform. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Section 02
Mindful Hue is a wellness education platform and community. Nothing on this Platform — including the podcast, membership content, community discussions, resources, or any communications — constitutes therapy, clinical treatment, diagnosis, or medical advice. Engaging with Mindful Hue does not create a therapist-client relationship of any kind.
The content provided through Mindful Hue is for educational and informational purposes only. It is designed to support your general wellness journey and provide psychoeducational information about topics such as neurodivergence, ADHD, emotional regulation, and mental wellness.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, are in danger, or require clinical support, please contact a licensed mental health professional, call 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline), or go to your nearest emergency room.

Section 03
Mindful Hue is a wellness education brand and community platform. Our Platform includes a podcast, membership community, digital wellness resources, and educational content focused on neurodivergence, mental wellness, and emotional regulation — with a specific focus on the experiences of Black women.
Mindful Hue content is informed by a founder who holds a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential. This credential is referenced solely to establish the educational background and expertise informing our content — not to establish any clinical or therapeutic relationship with Platform users.
Section 04
The Hue Collective membership is a recurring subscription billed monthly. By subscribing you authorize Mindful Hue to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Billing: Your membership renews automatically each month on the date you originally subscribed. You will be charged the then-current membership rate.
Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
Refunds: We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for new members. If you are not satisfied within your first 7 days, contact us at care@mindfulhue.com for a full refund. After 7 days all charges are final.
Price changes: We reserve the right to change membership pricing with 30 days notice. Founding members who joined at a promotional rate will be grandfathered at their original rate for as long as their membership remains active and uninterrupted.

Section 05
The Hue Collective is a private, intentional community. To protect the safety and wellbeing of all members we require everyone to uphold the following standards:
Violations of community standards may result in immediate removal from the community without refund. Mindful Hue reserves the right to remove any member whose behavior is deemed harmful to the community at our sole discretion.
Section 06
All content on the Mindful Hue Platform — including but not limited to podcast episodes, written content, worksheets, guides, course materials, graphics, logos, and the Mindful Hue name and brand — is the exclusive intellectual property of Mindful Hue and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from this Platform without express written permission from Mindful Hue.
Personal use of content for your own wellness journey is permitted. Sharing content with others for commercial purposes, in group settings, or in any way that substitutes for a Platform membership is strictly prohibited.
Section 07
Your privacy matters deeply to us. Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
By using the Platform you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We will never sell your personal information to third parties.
Section 08
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mindful Hue and its founder, team, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform or its content.
Mindful Hue provides all content and services "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Mindful Hue in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Section 09
You may stop using the Platform and cancel your membership at any time in accordance with our cancellation policy in Section 04.
Mindful Hue reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other members, us, third parties, or the integrity of the Platform.
Upon termination your right to use the Platform immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.
Section 10
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify active members via email.
Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms you may cancel your membership and discontinue use of the Platform.
